This menu is really adaptable! We are happy to serve it down the table for all guests to share or alternatively you could have your guests come directly to our chef’s at a banquet table to make their own meal selection…

* Should you wish for the meals to be served down the table we will ask that you provide the platters to suit your wedding styling. We will advise the quantity once we have your numbers and table set ups.

Middle Eastern Salad – couscous, dates & seeds, fresh herbs, cucumber, seasonal veg w/ honey labne

Baja Slaw – This slaw is seasonal and can vary between, apples, cabbage, summer and winter fennel, beetroot, carrots, kohlrabi and pickled onion. The slaw is really popular and recommended with the meats

Artisan Chocolate and Cheese Grazing Table $18.00 per head

We are renowned for our Artisan Chocolate and Cheese Tables these are beautiful tables filled with an abundance of hand crafted chocolates, local and international cheeses, seasonal fruits, lavosh, Pane di Matteo breads and any other little delicacies that may take our fancies on market day.

Cakeage

Should you wish for us to cut and serve your own cake we can do so at a cost of $3.00 per head inclusive of our own sugarcane plates and cutlery.

* Our menu is all served on eco-friendly sugarcane with wooden cutlery and brown recycled napkins – should you wish to provide your own plates and cutlery you are more than welcome at your own expense.

Staff

Kitchen Staff and Chef’s are included in our pricing. We prefer to use our own wait staff and bar staff as w

e can rely on them, they are fully trained with RSA and Food Handling Certificates along with savvy personalities and big smiles,

Staff costs:

Wait & Bar Staff – All staff are $45 per hour including set up and pack down – On average we recommend 2-3 wait staff and 2 bar staff for every hundred people *sit down = extra staff

Mixologists – Should you require professional cocktail mixologists the cost is slightly more expensive at $55 per hour
