Platters & Grazing Tables

These guys are our very favourite things to create… For a fun, casual and visually enticing celebration get one of our very own food stylists to come direct to you and set up an artistic display of the best local (some international awesome cheeses) and produce along with a variety of goodies that we create in our kitchen in Geelong.

Platters

Our platters can be picked up on the day prior or set up and styled on site (for an extra $60 fee)

Platter 1 – $15 per head (min 20 pax)

* Selection of cheese, charcuterie, poached tarragon chicken & grape tartelettes, house dips, seasonal fruit, crackers and Pane Di Matteo breads

Platter 2 – $18.50 per head (min 20 pax)

* Artisan Chocolate and Cheese – Locally hand crafted chocolates by us and Monsieur Truffe, Mountain Man, Shadows of Blue and Apostle Whey cheese, seasonal fruit, nuts, crackers & Pane di Matteo breads

Grazing Tables

The grand grazing tables will need to be assembled by our creative team onsite. These tables are recommended as an accompaniment to our canapé menu or on their own for a spectacular display of beautiful produce.

The Louis XVI – $45 per head (min 40 people) plus $60 table stylist

The Marie Antoinette – $80 per head (min 40 people) plus $60 table stylist

This menu is our crème de la crème… Marie Antoinette was renowned for her lavish and extravagant parties, in fact she was such a scandalous party queen it could be argued that she revolutionised the French way of life.

This menu is not for the faint hearted. It is fully customisable and a visual spectacular. Guests can help themselves to the table as they please.

This menu eliminates the need for extra wait staff. We will provide a chef and a table stylist inclusive in this menu. We still have staff available for your bar etc should you require.
